Guided psychedelic ceremonies providing a safe enviroment for you to explore your inner-world

Exploring Altered states

Dive into transformative experiences within the safety of our guided ceremonies. Through a blend of practices like meditation, yoga, and breathwork, we create a receptive environment for the plant medicine's journey.

Our ceremonies harness the senses to guide you into profound engagement with the present moment. This journey extends beyond the ceremony, fostering positive change and enhancing your overall well-being. Intention setting and expert guidance from our team ensure an optimal outcome.

Accessible Practices for All

Central to our mission is accessibility. Our beginner-friendly meditation, breathwork, and yoga sessions cater to all comfort levels. Whether you're new to psychedelics or spiritual practices, our team prioritizes your safety, making your experience inclusive and supportive.

Crafting Meaningful Intentions

Setting intentions is a crucial step in our ceremonies. We guide you in creating meaningful, positive intentions, allowing for personal reflection. During the ceremony, we provide a quiet moment for individual meditation, where you can shape your intentions through words or symbolic drawings.

Ancient practices for heightened states

Breathwork, yoga, and meditation, integral to ceremonies worldwide, combine with plant medicines for heightened consciousness. These practices profoundly affect the nervous system, reducing anxiety and stress. Physically, they enhance psilocybin absorption, while mentally, they ease resistance to the experience.

Holistic tools for ceremony and beyond

Our practices extend beyond the ceremony, offering tools for ongoing well-being. Breathwork, yoga, and meditation not only enhance the psychedelic experience but also serve as powerful tools to reduce stress and anxiety. These techniques are not confined to the ceremony; you can continue them at home, ensuring a holistic approach to your post-psychedelic journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are truffles ?

Magic mushroom truffles are not, as some might imagine, a separate fungus from magic mushrooms. They are, in fact, part of the same complete organism. The mushroom is simply the ‘fruiting body’ of the fungi — the bit that grows above ground and produces spores. Think of the mushroom like the rose of a rosebush (but much browner and slimier) — it’s the ‘face’ of the plant — but it’s not the whole plant. A magic mushroom truffle, or Psilocybin truffle, is actually the underground portion of the fungus, a hardened nugget of mycelium. This is called a sclerotia.  Sclerotia are actually the food reserves of a fungus, a nutrient dense clump that can help it to survive in unfavorable conditions such as flood, drought, fire or frost.

  • Do I need any prior experience with psychedelics, breathwork or yoga?

No, not at all! Our program is carefully crafted to make sure all activities during the ceremony are beginner-friendly, so everyone can join.

  • How do I prepare myself for a psychedelic mini-retreat?

As you are approaching the truffle retreat, it's beneficial to be mindful of what you allow into your mind space. Meaning what you consume, on social media, on the television, what you're reading and thinking about, and even the people you see. This helps your body and mind stay balanced and ready for the journey. We recommend a light and healthy breakfast, around 3 hours before the starting time of the ceremony, or fast completely. Avoid caffeine on the day of the retreat

Make sure to get a solid night's sleep before the retreat. Adequate sleep prepares your mind for the adventure that is ahead and enables you to engage fully with the experience

  • What dosage will I receive?

During our ceremonies, we provide legal truffles that contain natural psilocybin, which creates a psychedelic experience that lasts for around 5 hours.  Typically, we offer a medium dose of around  10 to 15 grams of fresh truffles. it. If this dosage doesn't feel right, we can discuss which would suit you best.

  • Are there any contra-indications?

Before taking psilocybin, it's important to be aware of potential contra-indications. In the following situations, psilocybin use is not recommended:

    Schizophrenia

    Psychosis (including mania)

  • Why should I take truffles in a guided ceremony instead of at home?
